WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN IN A MIAMI CAR ACCIDENT

  • STAY CALM TO PREVENT THE CAR ACCIDENT FROM GETTING WORSE
  • RENDER AID - IF QUALIFIED
  • WARN OTHER MOTORISTS AWAY

  • TAKE PICTURES OF BOTH VEHICLES
Whiplash is an injury to the neck muscles from rapid forward and backward motion of the neck caused by a trauma (eg, a car accident). It can cause acute (short-term) neck pain as well as restricted movement in your neck. Most symptoms occur within 24 hours of the event. Whiplash symptoms include:
  • Headache, usually at the base of the skull
  • Neck pain/stiffness
  • Ringing in the ears
  • Jaw pain
  • Back pain
  • Shoulder pain
  • Fatigue
  • Blurred vision
  • Dizziness
